"My experience with Ms. Meggan Smith. I called her because I had a question about insurance on our RV. She hardly ever answers her phone, and it always goes to voicemail. She normally takes hours to call you back. Anyway, during the conversation she proceeded to cut me off while I was talking and when I did not allow her to do that, we both ended up talking at the same time. She then loses her temper and starts to yell at me over the phone. Saying she has been in the insurance business for seventeen plus years and that she knows what she is talking about. When I again tried to explain my situation to her, she cut me off and continued to raise her voice. I tried my best to get my message conveyed but there was no use, she was going to make her point and I was going to hear it. The conversation quickly took a turn for the worse and she ended up hanging up on me. She continued to email me the rest of the morning trying her best to prove what she was saying was absolutely 100% correct, she even went so far as to say to me in one of her emails that I had ticked her off because of the amount of phone calls and emails I had sent to her that morning. Bottom line is this, this is the second time in 10 years she has gotten nasty with me and raised her voice. She is unprofessional and I have transferred my policies to another state farm office."

State Farm needs to give her a commercial of her own. I have little understanding of how these policies work so she takes extra time with me.
